The main purpose of the “Overseas” program is to make students of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” carry out a part of their course of study at a non-European University with which Tor Vergata has entered into a collaboration agreement. Students must attend courses compatible with their teaching load and educational objectives with their study plan, attending the relevant lessons and passing the final exams.
