Contact the Italian Diplomatic Representatives in your country to finalize the pre-enrolment  by the deadline indicated by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (Miur) available at the following link https://www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri/ to obtain the Study Visa. Embassies are flooded with a large number of visa applications, and it can take a long time to process your application.
